Wikileaks publishes classified ‘targets for terror’ list

A list created by U.S. security officials of international companies and systems that are considered “key resources” and “critical” to national security was meant to be confidential. That is until controversial website Wikileaks got access to and published the list late last year.

International ports top the “critical” locations, such as Southeastern China’s Ningbo Port that receipts millions of tons of cargo, a substantial portion of which is subsequently directed to the United States. Other hubs included drug manufacturers, oil hot spots, factories, pipelines, and others.
